Since some people asked, I'm posting my routine here in my blog section. My routine is broken up into sections. Each section has a set number of days that it lasts. If you feel like the previous section wasn't very progressive, do not move on to the next, just redo the unproductive one. Through this routine, you are only allowed to cum on designated "Jizz Days". You also have rest days. On rest days, do not do any exercises except the kegels.
