Dude your physique is fantastic! I've been dieting and exercising a lot over the last 4 and a half months. Dropped over 65lbs and putting on muscle. I might adopt your meal plan, I'm currently at a caloric intake of 1247 and a regimine of burning 700+ calories a day through cardio and weight lifting 5 days a week. I've hit many ceilings and went weeks without losing and then in 3 days ill drop like 4lbs. Usually this happens when I'm visiting family over the weekend and can't exercise and my strict diet goes out the window. Seeing your post has given me the idea that I can use those days away as my cheat days since my family carb loads me anyways...lol
I've been doing it alone and really glad you posted your method! Now if only the wife would join me at the gym!
