well im strongly involved in sports like wrestling and football tennis, and free-running. but other then that, what i usually do is jog/jumprope for 10 mins; then weightlift for about an hour; then finsh with another jog/jumprope for 10 mins. as the weeks pass i continue to put more time into each exercise. i at least work out four times a week. again on saturday, and make sunday a relax day. hope this info was helpful.
My fault homie......had trouble gettin into my PEGyms account lol but jelqing really helps if your looking for a few more veins,longer & thicker penis....Genetics play a big role on how much your veins will show.
