skipped exercise the past 3 days was a bit lazy but will be startin a week of cardio tomorrow
PE
in the three missed days of blogging i did two days of pe i skipped one night because i went out instead but did the work out the next day,
talking about the night out i smoked some weed, which i hadn't done in a while. i was so high it was amazing

Exercise
Did cardio for an hour and felt good. Looked a bit cut too which is always a confidence booster.
PE

Felt good, felt bigger but not sure yet
Rest tomorrow
Exercise went good was focusing on my chest feel great and doing better than last time.
PE
My 9th day of PE
The session went well I've added in V-Jelqs as i wanna target my girth and while I do my edging I do some uli's.
Doesn't look different i will measure this Sunday.
Rest so no updates but having good moring, evening and mid-day wood.
The PE session was good still trying to manage a proper erection level.
I'm still ever sore after a work out but i don't wanna over work it.
My exercise session was cardio, sweated alot but felt great.
Tomorrow is a rest day so no real news.
