ya its usefull i think doing a little bit of everything helps. was it worht the money. no i spent 300 bucks. but is it worth its actual cost YES. the extende ri bought u can find for like 50-100 bucks i just got ripped off. also i dont just use my extender for length persay. i use it now in combination with hanging. i dont use it for gaining length or stretching i use it to prevent turtling and to try and create elongate rest periods after hanging which i can see it helping a bit at least for temporary gains atm. only been hanging for 4 weeks
