Default Clamping + Pumping??

Well,

Iīve seen (on other threads) quite a few isolated post where this combination was mentioned. I think itīs time to give it itīs own space.

The fundamental questions would be:

- How does clamping AFTER pumping act on the penis, as opposed to clamping alone?

-How does clamping BEFORE pumping act on the penis?

-What's best for a great girth workout and for faster girth gains? Clamp then pump? Pump then clamp? Or just clamp alone?

- Finally, designing a routine for newbies and an advanced one.

Maybe you can think of other important point, if so, add them.

hanging4big,

First, welcome to the gym

Second, I'll start this off. Although I'm not a big pumper, I have read about it's substantial results (when combined with other exercises).

If I were to combine clamping and pumping, I would clamp first, and Pump right after.

My reason: Clamping has been known to provide some amazing temporary gains (some men have reported up to a 30 percent penile increase!) . . . Common sense tells me that I want to cement that 30 percent gain right away. Pumping could help do that.

By the way, this would not be for beginners. No new guys should be doing clamping (let alone clamping and pumping.

Well you say "My reason: Clamping has been known to provide some amazing temporary gains". Well i tought clamping provides PERMANENT gains? Are they just temporary gains or do they become permanent at some point regardless of pumping or not?
Also another quick question? do you recommend hanging before clamping or clamp before hanging?? thanks alot

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, clamping does provide PERMANENT gains. However, before these permanent gains come, there is typically quite a few temporary increases. Temporary gains are normal when it comes to high-intensity girth work, especially clamping, and they are a good sign of permanent gains to come. But not everyone gets them.

Temporary gains may last while in the clamp only, or anywhere from minutes after to days after. The longer, the better, usually.

I believe that pumping after clamping would be best to keep the temporary gains alive for a longer period of time. Thus, the better chance of making the gains permanent in the long run.

And on the hanging issue, I would personally recommend hanging before clamping.

I remember reading a thread on MOS by REDZULU2003. This member has increased his girth substantially and claims that most of his permanent girth gains have come from pumping and clamping. Yet, REDZULU2003 says that he pumps first and then clamps. He said that doing the reverse did not allow his results to become permanent, but when he switched it around (pump first, then clamp) he said the gains started sticking around.

Just my two cents...

In my opinion though...If I were to try pumping for the first time, I would pump 1 on/1 off for a week at very low HG and do 2 x 10 min sets. In my second week, I'd do the exact same thing, but throw in some dry jelqing in between the pumping sets. Then, over the next couple of months, I'd slowly increase to a 2 on/1 off routine and begin throwing in a third pumping/jelqing set. After that gets boring, I'd throw clamping into the mix.

quick,

Yea, RedZulu has amazing gains. . . And a indepth guide to clamping too. . .

Anyways, I guess you'll have to be our guinea pig for a clamping/pumping 1 on/ 2off routine
