I don't know how much they will cost in your area but here they cost about $11.00-$12.00. You also will need a (S) hook, a short length of rope for the weights.

Either way, good luck on your recovery. |

Rep Power: 9 | does the hanger tend to squeeze in from the sides and leave the dorsal nerve alone to some extent? i've heard this is important when considering a hanger. |

The Dustpan Muzzle hanger I have modified it so the clamp doesn't push on the dorsal nerve of the penis.

Rep Power: 17 | This is an update with my hanging with heavy weights. Right now I have increased the weight to 86.5 lbs with a 30 second hanging time. I am still using the same Dustpan muzzle hanger that I started out with.

Rep Power: 17 | Heavy weights
I had know intention of leading anyone astray with heavy weights . The weights that I have been lifting has been done under strict caution. I take a long time building myself up to be able to achieve the weights that I am working with. Lifting 75 lbs plus is no easy task that one can jump right into as a beginner that hasn't conditioned himself to lift that kind of weight.
If you are going to get into lifting weight with a hanging device, make sure that the hanger is a good one, that can take that kind of weight and take your time with your hanging routine.
