Default Prolounged Clamping?

Hello everybody, I'm new on this forum and reading this all drove me into starting PEing.

Thought I'm a newbie in PEing I've been thinking about clamping and it's associated risks, and I'd like to know if penis "asphyxiates" because of the stopped bloodflow, or if there's additional blood clotting.

If that's just because of interrupted blood-flow, I'm wondering wether it would be possible to prolounge clamping sessions by doing a preliminary over-ventilation sessions.
I found yesterday that by doing simple hyperventilation, I can easily double up my apnea time, so this might be the case for any part of my body, isn't?
