I want your advice: Can I PE and pump? If i can, what should be my routine? I PE every other day.

Nobody: Yes you can PE and pump. Many men find that it helps with the results. What's your current routine like and how advanced are you?

i have been doing PE for more than3 months. i do jelq15mins, stretch 10 mins and also kegel 50 times a day

You could probably start incorporating a little bit of pumping. Just do so gradually. Check out this thread: Pumping
