Thanks remek, I started as most people do with manual stretches and
jelqs, but the jelqs didn't work very well for me. So, once I sourced some
cable clamps, clamping became my girth workout. Squeezes, bends,
anything to increase the intensity. Then one day I read a post from a guy
claiming a huge girth increase by clamping off the base of his morning
wood with one hand, and pushing down hard on the glans with the other.
I used a cable clamp instead of my hand, and graduated to pushing or
leaning against a door frame. That definately did the intensity thing, I
easily get over an inch of expansion during a session, and the veins get
really freaky, but I've never had any injury from them,( a lot of prior
conditioning, and common sense is needed and they are definately not
recommended for newbies). As happens when a lot of highly motivated
people are involved, others discover the same thing, on MOS they've
called them "wall fucks" or something similar, whatever, they work for
me. I do them every second day, anymore and the fluid buildup behind
my glans interferred with my manual stretches. I didn't keep a detailed
training log (which I now regret ), but jelqing and regular clamping got
me from 10.4 to 11.7cm and this more extreme version has got me to
14.7cm. This last month I've stopped girth work to concentrate on
reaching my length goal of 9"BP, as length gains have definately slowed
as my girth passed the 5 1/2'' mark. Hanging 13 lbs and I can't feel
anything at all, so at this rate I'll be challenging Dustpan for the heavy-
weight title in 6 months.
