After yet another long day of stretching, I measured my BPFSL, and pulled to right at 9"! Flippin' sweet for sure! That's nearly a 1/4" increase in right at about a month of wear like this. I know it's not a permanent increase YET, but continued gains are on the way. It's a no brainer really. Stretch with constant resistance of a few pounds for hours at a time every day....duh? I'm getting the same fatigue in my penis, and base area (ligs) as when I was hanging. | |

This method is still going very well. As mentioned elsewhere, I'm now using the Max \/ac hanger chamber for this setup. It's actually more comfortable, plus you have the benefit of being able to use it as a hanger as well if you so choose. I still have that 1/8" increase I reported earlier. | |
