This is your penis. You need to focus more on the value of IT vs saving a little $$. That said, there are a LOT of products on the market that are there just to take your $$. You need to consider the fact that most devices like you have here are a direct CLONE of the original JES device. I don't know who came up with the concept of stretching with a noose behind the glans. It seems like a witch doctor. Nooses, AND straps...which you will also see on similar stretchers which claim to be better than the noose devices, put pressure on the nerves on top of the penis. Namely, the dorsal nerve which is the most important nerve in the penis. Damage it, and you lose your erections for good at worst, temporarily at best. All that said, I've been around in PE for 9 years now. I'm not here shaking my stick around, or talking to hear my own voice. I'm just sharing my experiences. I've got experience with noose, and strap devices just like this one. They're uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. When walking around, the rods usually start to work themselves loose as well. Imagine walking around and suddenly having a piece of this thing fall down your pant leg onto the floor. Fun times. Had it happen. Thankfully nobody saw.
You should look into vac devices. The one I recommend...there are others....is the Max Vac line. You can actually spend a little more $$, and have a weight hanger AND stretcher in one. I use these products myself, and therefor have room to talk. Many men will advise you based merely on what they've heard or seen posted. You seem like a good guy genuinely interested in more size....you deserve to purchase something that will serve you well. Be advised, you will need a couple weeks at least to let your penis adapt to the vacuum pressures involved with this device. My suggestion is to buy the "quantum" package. You get everything you need. I know you expressed the most interest in being able to stretch, but again you will also have the option to hang weights should you later choose to.
