Default only stretches and 300 wet jelqs without warm-up

hi there? only stretches and 300 wet jelqs without warm-up. what do you guys think about this routine? actually it really saves my time. and please consider that i'm graduating high school this year.

will this routine give me some gains? i'm totally newbie who has started a few days ago with my own routine. it may sound funny, but it really saves time. but i still want to make it grow. my current goal is 6". as soon as summer vacation begins, i'll keep on intensive PE.

please gimme some advice.

Hi, You really should have a warm up period before you do your stretches and Jelqing. The 300 Jelqing is a great start for only been at it a few days.

The reason that you need a warm up period is to relax the Ligaments so you get the most benefit out of your stretching.

My best advice is "Slow and steady wins the race." Don't stretch or jelq too much in a short period because a lot of people got injuries from P.E. If you get injured, like the broken penis nerves, no one can rescue you. Even doctors can do nothing about it. Just relax and stretch your penis slowly and regularly.

*Use a warm-up.
*Take it slow at first.
