Rep Power: 0 | hanging weights Hey all,
Well I've been here for some time now, no expert by far but I think I would like to add in a device now. So I tried the pump and did not really like it that much, yes it felt comfortable for the most part but it hurt as the ring of the head of my penis pressed again the glass but the rest of my penis really didn't expand that much. It also seemed more that it didn't get longer, it just got tighter into my bladder area if that makes sense.
So with that said, I was thinking of trying to hang some weights, start low of course at like 2lbs or something. I checked out our pegym.com's suggested devices and I saw a few of them. Two of them I can see but the one bibi one I think, the one that looks like a wrench....that thing looks like it hurts! And it seems you gotta be extremely flaccid to use it (i understand you must be flaccid to hang weights). Then the other one with the cushioning inside made me feel better but it seemed more likely to slide off.
So any testimionals or comments on these two devices if anybody has used them? Or know another penis hanging device that I could use maybe? I want something that I could possibly where around for a few hours. I have a desk job and have no problem worrying about me being at a construction site or something. Most of my day is spent sitting anyways unless I"m on the elliptical or something so looking for a good one. I figured I'd shoot off with a weights as girth seems to be achieved first by excersises and easier then length (which makes sense) so I would like to try weights for length and excersises for girth. And I got quite a bit of herbs for some good healing and recovering.
Anyways sorry for making it to long if I did, but any advice with this? Wanna go forward with hanging weights, I have a stretcher but I don't care to much for it, it seems difficult to get on? And it seems more people get better results with hanging then stretchers. Wikipedia had a link that showed an average of 1.5 inches in 5 months with weights.... but taking it easy and having a better excersies regime type thing. Yes of course it was based on 12 hrs of hanging but I don't mind if I can find one that can fit comfortably under my pants, there loose pants, not tight at all.

Rep Power: 3 | I can say from actual first hand experience, that hanging weights can be very effective. Stretching for large amounts of time per day is effective in general. With length training, more is better. With girth, less often produces better results. Never made sense, but that's what I've seen from my own experience. We're all built basically the same from a physiological standpoint, so it would seem like a general rule of thumb that these 'rules' would apply to everyone, but apparently they do not. Some men claim enormous gains (2"+) over the course of a very short time period (under 3 years) with very short daily routines of almost no effort at all (like 15 minutes a day of "piss pulls", or "JAI Stretches"). Those men, if they are legit with their stories are the RARE minority, and not the norm. Most men, are lucky to see 1" per year average length gain, and they usually have to work their tail off to get it.
As far as devices. I started with the BIB hanger line of products myself. At the time, it was all that was available (about 7 years ago when they first became available). I've gained 2" in solid, permanent length from hanging weights over the last several years with this type of hanger. It took MANY hours, and MANY sets of hang time. I averaged 4 hours total of daily hang time, usually 5 days a week. That's when I was in my 'going for it' phase. Those phases usually lasted a month or two before I got mentally tired of them. Then, I'd not hang for several months....at least not with near the level of consistency. So my hanging schedule usually was for years.
THEN, I found out about the Max Vac hanger. They attach similar to a penis pump, but they are smaller, and therefor there's less actual vacuum on the penis overall. They are easier to learn to use properly than a BIB hanger. Unlike the BIB or any other hanger really, there's no short time limit to how long you can wear a MV for. No 15-20 minute long sets. Most men can start right away with at least a 30 minute set a couple times daily. The penis has to adapt to the vacuum accompanied by resistance (via the weight). After a few weeks though, much longer sets of an hour, and as the weeks progress longer than an hour at a time can be done. This is due to the fact that the vacuum does not restrict blood flow to any part of the penis. If you have enough vacuum, the hanger will not "slip". It varies from man to man, but not by much. You also need to size the hanger correctly. The sizes are listed on the order page for the MV. |

Rep Power: 0 | Ok well I guess I'm talkin to the right guy since you seem to use it a bit.
The biggest thing to me is that I never wanna feel like I'm over stretching. I have a stretcher now and I don't like it, it feels uncomfortable and so probably wouldn't midn something like the max vac that wouldn't be so bad but isn't there a lot of constant pressure on the head of the penis though? I figured that might get uncomfortable? Head in a suction and then it fits under the gland, or is it more comfortable then seems?
Also, on the site, I see it but I don't quite get it. The whole package one, is that a stretcher or weight hanger thing?
I'm mainly lookin for a comfortable stretcher as the one I have really isn't hat comfortable, and its not the stretch itself as I know I gotta get use to that, its that know that really adjustable metal bars on the side that are annoying and then the thing that straps over...i feel like its gonna go numb and am afraid of that |

Rep Power: 0 | Ok after doing some reading on the other site. It seemed you had blisters when you were hanging?? I'm not looking for blisters lol. And I see you've been working with the stretcher. Like I said I am not hugely moble so I can wear something for a few hours without a problem 5 days a week and take off on the weekends.

I did have a temporary problem with blisters. Got past it though. I posted those details on the same forum. Just search for my recent posts. If you're seated most of the day, using the hanger as a stretcher like I do would be more to your liking. |

Rep Power: 0 | Now what about guys that turtule? The biggest issue I have is that I turtle. I mean PE definately helps but I stll turtle. Does the suction seem to help you with that in that you don't shrink so much and it stays on? |
