Default What is the best extender

Hello all,

I am a closet PE'er (wife does not know) I started out about two months ago and cannot seem to break my 6" BPEL. I devote about an hour to an hour & half to PE (5 days straight and 2 days off). I sometime interchange my schedule to 2 days on and 1 day off to keep my willy guessing.

Is it too early to get an extender? If not, what are the best extenders out there? Has anyone had any great experience with Size Genetics?

Thank you,

JB: Welcome to The Gym! There are several good extenders out there, each one having pros and cons.

It may be too early. You say you're PEing for 5 days on and 2 days off for 90 minutes a day? That may be too much. How are your PIs? The Penis Enlargement Gym - Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Growth!

Hi Remek,

Thanks for the cordial greeting and advice. So you think it may be too early for me to jump into an extender?

As for my PIs, I think I am getting some different feelings and looks from willy.

I do have numbness at the base of my penis. Something I notice a few weeks ago. And sometimes when I stretch my penis hurts...I have to warm up with my stretches before I can do full all out stretching.

But my flaccid penis is much longer...it use to be a puny 2"...now it hangs between 3" to 4".

But I am getting a feeling that maybe I have really overtrained it...my EQ is much lower than it was a month ago.

The numbness is definitely a bad thing. You should stop and get some rest until that goes away. I'm guessing that you may be pulling too hard. Try to stick with gentle stretches.

Technically, you can use an extender from day 1. If done properly from the start, it'll be beneficial. The key is just not going overboard.

Hi Remek,

Thanks for the information. I'll be taking a rest...until the numbness goes.
