Just found this device on here under PE devices and couldn't find any reviews or threads about it. Seems pretty comfortable, and very versatile but i wanted to see what actual users have to say before i spend any $.

The device is unique compared to the traditional extenders in that it uses vacuum-suction to grip the penis and keep it extended (opposed to a loop or a strap). I find the VacExtender comfortable, but it's definitely not discreet.

Default autoextender

Thought I'd RE-Post this from another thread as it seems to be relevant here:

The final one is from the autoextender website, its their version of the production extenders(they're all much the same) but I'd say much improved. They have the version with the vac grip (which I would avoid for reasons above) they have recently come out with a new clamp style grip, I have both. Basically there is no comparison with the production extenders on the market, whilst these one offer pulling force in gramms, the autoextender is in pounds, according to them up to 10lbs!! I can personally vouch for this, I had the vac grip first and upgraded to the clamp-grip later. With the vac grip tends to slip a bit as you extend where as the clamp does not, and the pull is somehing else, they have a v-stretch blocks you can put under the extender for a the tunica and septurn stretch very intense! It's recommended that sets should only be for between 10 and 12 minutes at a time, then you can whined it back down into ADS mode.

The big dis-advantage with this one is you can't be wearing it all day, its too bulky, maybe round the house if you have the privacy. But to their credit they have I believe the best ADSes on the market, vac and grip versions see there web site they also have videos

I was also wondering what the circumference of the head piece was. And when you say the sleeve slips, is there a lot of tension?, or does it slip from the act of stretching?

Default Vac extender

The Vac cylinder is a "one size fits all", on the website they have a video to show you how to enlarge the cylinder circumference by heating in an oven to soften the material to widen if it's too small. I measured the inner circumference for you it's 3cm, I haven't tampered with it in anyway. I'm about average width in the glan department and it fits fine.

Yes there is a lot of tension, I bought the v-stretch blocks for the tunica septurn (highly recommend) when placed underneath will give you a very intense stretch; because of this pulling force you do tend to pull back a little from the cylinder (slippage) but this really doesn't effect the end results and you do feel very fatigued after 10 to 15 minutes of this.

I bought the clamp style grip for this extender a few month ago, I can alternate between the two, I do prefer the clamp grip and would recommend this for the extender, if I had to chose.
Here the reasons; I use a small wrap with the clamp so I can get a tighter grip without getting sore, when this is done properly there is no slippage of any kind, the pull is even more intense and you reach fatigue even quicker. When you whined the extender back down you can loosen the grip for better comfort so you can have the extender in ADS mode, not possible with the vac grip. Also the quick release catch means that if you need to release urgently you have that option. There are videos on the website on the main page under "instructions" regarding all the products.

I still use my vac, but mainly as an ADS with a leg strap, after hanging with my Bib hardcore.
