Penis Ring

I've been experimenting wearing a penis ring, i've even been sleeping with it on, and even after the first time i wore it my penis has become much thicker, since wearing the ring i havent had to do any other PE exercises.

Has anyone else tried this method.??

to be honest all it is, is a rubber 'O' ring that i had lying about

right guys heres an exercise with the penis ring, masterbate but grip your penis as hard as you can, and masterbate hard and fast, but do not ejaculate, as your erection subsides your penis will start to feel numb and plump, then slip the penis ring on right to the base and leave it there for 15 mins or so. you will notice a big difference when your finished.

Also, just a warning for anyone using constriction rings. If you get any numbness, discoloration or your unit/glans gets cold, it is too tight, remove it right away.

NEVER, repeat NEVER, wear any thing that will constrict the blood flow to your penis while sleeping. Good way to lose your dick. Without circulation, tissue starts to die in 20 minutes.

Yeah i have leather strap ring, kind akward at times but i wear it for about 10 min to 15mins. It has worked and my girth has increased faster with the ring as well as pe exercises.
