ehh, link no worky. I have been doing streches and jelqs and have been interested in doing hanging or clamping now that i am a month into it

You may want to wait a few more months before you jump into clamping, though.

Glad to see this guide here. Clamping is responsible for at least 1/2" of my girth. Doesnt sound like a whole lot, but it makes a big difference.
