Default pump question

First of all, I want to vent about thunders place.
Everytime i post, I get a fucking Grammer lesson and once in a while an answer.
wtf?
I asked this question that i am about to ask here, and the only responce was that i forgot to capitalize an "I".
Hopefully someone here can answer my question instead.
Here it is:
I (capitalized) have been pumping for about 6 weeks or so.
I have read that slow and steady at lower hg's gives better gains.
I pump at 5 hg and have done so more approx. the first 3 or 4 weeks.
It now seems like that does nothing but create a seal to keep the air bubbles from seaping out.
I moved up to 6 hg and it feels better, but i tried 7 hg to see what it would do.
The only thing i noticed was it pulled my length a bit more but was just as comfortable.
Anything over 7 hg is to much pressure for slow and steady gains, that i can tell.
So my question is; is 7 hg my pumping level, or should i alternate between 6 and 7 hg.
Do i keep it at 5 hg anyways?
Are there any pumpers on this site yet?
If so i'd love to hear from you.
Thanks
Oh and please excuse my horrible grammer.

Poco,

Welcome to the gym

First, I want to state that I am not a big pumper, but common sense tells me you should alternate between 6 and 7 hg. This allows you to move up (slowly), and not risk overtraining. Surely don't go past 7 though. Too much pressure isn't the best thing.

I don't know if we have any other pumpers, yet. But now we have you to help out the newcumber pumpers

I will be glad to help with what i learn.
And i pretty much figured that moving up slowly is the safest route.
i'm not impatient about it, i do want this to work but not at the risk of injury.
so i'll keep it at between 6 and 7 hg's, and keep you informed of progress.
Thanks for response.

here's my first update,
It has been approx. 3 weeks since my last confession...hehe.
Now granted nothing has been cemented yet, but...
I started at 6x4.75. back in Feb. this year.
ok started isnt correct, I started a new routine.
I decided to go all out as much as i can without hurting myself.

2 times a week I hang ( I dont like hanging much but it does stretch it out)
every day I pump
every day but 1 I clamp.
I only pump on 1 day as a day off; very mild pumping just to keep stretch going. But consider that my rest day.
If I hang that day, I only hang in morning. Then pump/clamp/jelq evening.
routine looks like this:
Mon. I pump mild to get inflated (1 5 min. at 3-4hg)(2-5 I increase to 5-7 hg)
I then massage my crank about a minute
I then clamp (10 min)
repeat 3-5 times depending on time
I then take a hot bath and power jelq
Tues. (morning) I hang 2 sets of 15 minutes (3 if it doesnt hurt)
massage after each set to full erection to get rid of dick dents from claspers on my redi-stretcher.
(evening) I repeat mon. routine.
Weds. I repeat Mon. routine
Thurs. I repeat Mon. routine
Fri. I repeat Tues. routine
Sat. I repeat Mon. routine
Sun. I do nothing but a couple short sets of mild pumping just to keep dick from totally relaxing. But!!! i do not do much as this is my rest day.

Last week, which was last week of March. I got to have sex with my ex.
she couldnt stop playing with it and was just constantly talking about the size difference.
Of course i knew i was going to get to see her so i did a nice full routine before she showed up.
next day I was curious about where it was at that made her so happy.
So i redid the same work out and then measured.
I broke 6.66x 5.5.
and it wasnt all spongy either because i dont go over 7 hg.
Now granted this was post workout, but it was still great.
funny but sad thing is, she knows I do this. And she was a virgin when i met her and has not had anyone else (yet). And out of joking curiosity i asked if she wanted me to keep going or is it to much now.
Her reply Hell yeah keep going!!!
from a petite little girl to a big dick crazed monster.
she said she liked the pain of it going in then it just felt great after that.
I hope I can reach my goal of 7.5 x 6.5........soon

.66 X .75 gains since February?! You have a post-workout penis that is 50 percent bigger than what you started with 4-8 weeks ago.

You're the man poco. Congratulations. You made passed the real "measurement test" with flying colors -- your girlfriend (or ex girlfriend). Nothing pays off like the satisfaction coming from your partner... nothing.

BTW,

With a routine like that, you definitely deserve it. That isn't your normal easy 15 minutes a day...

poco, if you get a chance, post in this thread: http://www.exercisingthepenis.com/fo...?p=326#post326

Nope, nothing particular. It's one of those, "say anything you want" threads... (actually they are all those). Anyways, I know you have had some great experiences.

Just one question, and I am sure that when my pump arrives with the dvd that comes with it, it just might answer this question on the video, but figured I would ask in here. You guys talk about 4 to 5 hg, or 6 to 7hg. I understand that hg is the preasure you are using, but what determines that. What I am asking is, is hg like how many pumps you do, like 4 to 5 pumps on the actual pump, or what is hg exactly when it comes to using a pump. I hope that question makes since if not I will try to break it down better. Thanks for your help guys.
