Default Ace Bandage is Awesome!

I just did my first clamping session with Ace Bandage and it was amazing. It was berserk. It's weird that it was so much better.

Are all of these things ok?
1) i left it on during my 5-10 minute heating breaks between sets
2) i left it on for a while (so far an hour) after clamping
3) i seemed to notice that "fluid buildup" that i had always heard about just above the wrap.
4) The tightness was so it didnt feel at all wierd to pee with it on, but made me seem to keep a bigger softy.

If you guys are real familiar with clamping pleaseeeeee tell me if i got it right on the money with what i did.

P.S. Big thanks to remek for recommending Ace Bandage! i had no idea using an elastic material would make such a big difference.

Default one more update

when i finally took the wrap off, a couple hours later, i noticed a dime sized bruise looking thing right where the fluid buildup mostly was (the top side of the shaft, about an inch above where the wrap was). it's not tender at all.

is this the "discoloration" i've always heard about, or is it a stretchmark, or actually just a bruise?

It might be either or (a bruise or discoloration). You should be able to tell in a few days. I'd leave it alone until then if I were you. If it's a bruise, it's bleeding under the skin and you overtrained.

it cleared up in a couple days. do you think that means it was probably just discoloration?
