Someone just asked me: Quote:
STEP 1: Find out whether your tunica is the limit or the smooth muscle is the limit. Here's how: 1) Measure your BPFSL and your BPEL. Find out how much greater your BPFSL is than your BPEL. If it's around .5" or more, it indicates that the smooth muscle is your limit. If it's around .25" or less, it indicates that your tunica is probably your limit. 2) What's your erection quality like? If you consistently have rock-solid erections and very hard erections, then the tunica is most likely your limit. If your erections are anything but, you'll want to work out your smooth muscle. STEP 2: Focus on your limit. 1) If your smooth muscle is your limit: Adjust your routine so it is mostly girth-based (i.e. clamping, supra slammers, Ulis, and other girth exercises). 2) If your tunica is your limit: Adjust your routine so it is mostly length-based (i.e. with length exercises, hanging, extenders, jelqs with a low erection level, etc.) Hope this helps!

Please post this to BetterMan. Thanks. Not too much discussion of your theory at BMan, some people are slow to throw out what's comfortable.

i had 2/10Ths of an inch to get to 8"NBP. something i have been trying to do for months now. Yesturday morning i hit 8"nbp for the first time. I think it may be due to applying this theory. I started implimenting it last Saturday. I did 3 length sessions with only length PE. And i did two ballooning sessions with 8 fingered uli's otherwise known as Supra Slammers. I will continue with this pattern to see if more gains come.

I have a question. When you say that the penis is X-% smooth muscle, how is that measured? Is that by mass when flaccid, by volume when flaccid, by mass or volume when erect? Is that compared to the mass or volume of the ligaments, nerves, blood vessels, lymph vessels and cartilage, or just compared to some of these things? Are the cadavers penises completely drained of blood before the measurements are taken? I'm just curious. Obviously the take home point is that younger penises and healthier penises have more smooth muscle, but I tend to want to understand exactly how statistics come about. |

From my understanding, it is a percentage of tissue mass. It wouldn't make any difference whether it was flaccid or erect. It's compared to collage composition. I think other components such as nerves, blood vessels would be minute in compairson.

Great post, You guys are really researching this stuff. It was a very informative read, and it holds for my case. I have to focus on my tunica according to this theory, which was already what I was thinking myself. But your theory puts the scientific background into my intuition. |
