Does the cold not effect this jelly/plump state either, then? It's been like 19 degrees here and while I haven't turtled up I'm not as plump as I previously was. I've got that soft, pliable core that you guys are talking about though, it's just my flaccid's normal-sized (if maybe a little longer than normal). Also, what are your thoughts on wearing a cock ring throughout the day to keep it plump? Or using a supplement like Enlargel?

Hey Keido. Well in my opinion I think temperature probably will be a factor to some degree, but I find that if I work at lower intensity levels when stretching and don't go over board on the pressure of jelqs, then I seem to turtle for a short while after my workout but then get real plump for many hours after, well into the next day (I PE late in the evening). I find if I over do my PE intensity wise I don't get the plumpness. And if I really go to town with intensity I end up with a very contracted and turtled penis. Maybe a good way to find out more about ones own response to plumpness (regardless of tempertaure) would be to just perform 50 or so light jelqs at low erection level as you PE workout (after a good warm up). Resist the urge to do more and with more force. I found this left me with a great lasting plumpness. I have been adding to this with stretches at low intesity. At the moment I use this plumpness as a guide. If I turtle I think I have done too much! Before I had tried this very light PE workout I had never experienced this plumpness as I was always doing too much and causing contraction! My personal opinion on using a cock ring to keep plump would be that we need to know more. Is it the actual fact you are plump which in some way helps or promotes growth (like going4 says about penile memory) and my own theory that perhaps being plump is similar to wearing an extender and causes tissue expansion. Or is the plumpness simply a side effect of a great growth inducing workout?! Or perhaps its a bit of both?! Last edited by scientificapproach; 12-17-2008 at 12:38 PM. |

I don't know about cock rings all day. It seems you would have to check it a lot. Probably not a good idea. Im turtled up to 3" today because it is 25 degrees outside right now. Been cold all day.

Yeah, I've always been a bit iffy about cutting off circulation that much all day. As a side note, I took a nice hot bath later in the day today and I'm quite plump afterward, plus I've been kegeling periodically throughout the day, so I think the cold definitely makes a difference, at least for me. I wonder if a daily steamy shower would be beneficial for plumpness, then? Do any of you go to saunas/steam rooms at the gym? Have you noticed any difference in plumpness if you do? I'm finding that I have to jelq at higher erection levels to get that plumpness post-workout (50-80% range), whereas jelqing at the lower levels just makes it longer rather than longer & plumper.

A hot shower or steam room always works for me on cold days like we're having. I have been swimming in 82 degree water, although the air is colder, with my usual pumped dick--no turtling to speak of. I think my mile a day lap swimming keeps the blood circulating and keeps my dick pumped. Add green tea to your daily regimen, per Kingpole's suggestion. It's another natural aid to blood flow and good circulation. My woodies are much harder lately. I attribute it to all of the above.

It seem that when I take a shower with my wife my cock gets bigger then 8 inches in length and thicker around. It may be the combination of wife and the hot shower.

This type of jelq is an example of a good jelq to use in applying the plump theory to your PE regimen. I find the "V" grip jelq supior to the OK grip. But use what grip is most comfotible for you. This is the type of jelq you need to do while doing this program. I find the "V" grip jelq is far more effective than the OK grip. But use whatever is most comfortible for you. Try putting the OK grip at the base of the penis. And another at the just below the glans. Then slowly move the base grip up to the griip near the glans. You should get an amazing bulge. Then repeat. This is what I call a comeplete jelq. However a lite grip is best for this. What is going on is your trapping the blood and it collects in the cavernosums and has no where to go, but to create a bulge. Warning heavy grips may cause injury doing this type of jelq. Start out after a good warm up and stretch. Try to start at an erection level no more than 30%. Believe me by the time your base grip gets up to the glans grip you will be ab out 60-80% erect. your jelq speed should be between 8 and 20 seconds per jelq. So in a span of twenty minutes you may get in about 60 jelqs. Remember the quality of the jelq is better than the quanity.
