Hello My friends n moral support out there


This is miser, (one can look at my first post of sexual concern, if you need history info. Sexual Concern )
Well i started my Edging routine today.
Had a little workout in the morning in gym. started it at 9:15, as usual it took me a minute to be erect, before that it was totally placid.As said by kingpole i avoided, frenilum. And also avoided glans. Used both my hands, also avoided that vessel that is exactly underneath the penis all they way till opening.

Was nice when started, as soon as i realize that i will cum(felt it about 10 times atleast didnt count) stopped it and waited for a minute or two. Then repeated.

So when we say try to make it at least 30 mins is that 30 mins full of stroking or these breaks can also be counted ?

Later after 20 mins , it was not as erect as it was initially but still in effort to bring it erect i kept stroking.

Is that ok ? or should i shake it only when it is erect n stiff?

Then at 25mins or so i felt teh urge of passing urine, only then i realized that i had large cups of water one hour ago. And in order to overcome the urge of passing urine i stroked it very rapidly ...BUT... as u can expect .. i couldn't handle it anymore..and ejaculated @ 32nd minute.

Passed urine @ 36th minute

And should i count like how many times i felt like cumming ? in thsi entire span ?

Please let me know ur feedback. One thing for sure i will avoid drinking water from tomorrow.

30 minutes of sustaing an erecton is the goal. you don't have to be stroking your dick the entire time you can also play with your balls. Take a breather mess around with the glans a bit. Massage the corona and the meatus.

Should you make it last that long if you are a beginner (to edging) or would it be better for long term (consistent) gains to do something like 5 minutes one week, 10 minutes the next, so on and so fourth, reaching 30 minutes? If the latter, would you keep trying to go longer after or is it all about diminishing returns after 30 minutes?

Diminishing returns, hmmm let me think. I suppose it depends, on if you want to stud your woman till she squeals for mercy, then stud her some more.

I have been trying the edging for about a couple of weeks, last time I did it for about 45 mins, then ejaculated at the end, looked like a volcano let loose, lol. But afterwards I found myself still erect and horny. I'm 46 and that hasn't happened in years. So to say the least I will be edging after my PE sessions. Thanks KP.

What i was saying was, that if you want to earn girth with this method (as well as the obvious stamina gains), would it be feasible to start off at such a high time or would it be better to build up to it? That way you get consistent gains instead of gain and then plateau and need to go and edge for an hour to see any more gains.

Well I did edging because I enjoyed it.
I would say the stamina gains are the main gain with edging, though I do think they help with PE.
I don't know if I would consider 5 or ten minutes edging anyway. Certainly 15 minutes is fair basic to say the least. If you want to be able to have sex for an hour, you should be able to edge for an hour. Work up to it over a few weeks if you want.
You are right in a sense, once you have done prolonged edging for a few years, only a minimal maintainance is needed.
