I don't think you are doing anything wrong or different. That has happened to me as well. For edging, you may have to just back off from the point when you are about to pop without using the kegel and just stop kegeling at this point in your edging routine. I would bet this will pass after a while.

Ok, so I do this last night before falling asleep and I notice that my thoughts tend to wander in so many different places that my erection goes all the way back to being flaccid. I know the original post says to listen to "good edging music" but I think I may have ADHD or something b/c I can't seem to keep this going for a good while without actually remembering a past experience to keep me erect.

I hope it's not broken please help. What could I do to fix this and edge for 20-30-60 minutes at a time?

Take green tea 45 minutes before edging to help with the ADHD. What do you mean by broken?

Well I'm not a huge fan of teas of any kind. If it will help then I will give it a try. Broken might not have been the proper word to use. I know it's not broken because it works just fine. But it just seemed that others don't have any issues with keeping it up other than being aroused.

Side note: I watched some porn to help stay "focused" and I was able to edge for close to 30mins. I hope I can do this with the tea suggestion so I don't have to watch porn every day.

If not something stronger that can boost erection power like cayenne pepper pills and garlic pills, ginkgo, maca.

OK, into the wonderful world of edging and ballooning. Whats the main difference again between the two (Sorry I know this quesion has been aswered many times before).

And how important is spontaneous erection? I think it might be very important...ie the ability for the bio mechanics to be working smoothly and powerfully. But I presume any concious erection requires stimulation?! Can one use visual stimulation to edge/balloon or is that a big NO?

Edging: You blow your load afterward.
Ballooning: You don't.

You're EQ includes how often you get an erection along with the hardness.

If visual stimulation works differently than physical or dreamed up stimulation. For example, you can get turned on by watching porn, however once that stimulant is gone, most likely your erection will be too. Physical contact is always required for any act with the penis, but stimulation is not necessary. For me to have a great edging session, I close my eyes and imagine a hottie I know is with me the entire time, stimulates me and unlike video length, my thoughts don't end.

And this is exactly why I can't read novels for entertainment. I have a difficult time focusing on a single subject or thought. My mind tends to wander in a million different directions. Basically the imagination is there but my ADD has me paying attention to other things
