Well, length is normal. But according to the studies by Kinsey and Lifestyle condoms average MSEG is closer to 5 inches. So i am lacking in that department.

I'm not sure what my goals are. But i think 7*5.25 would look good on me. I'm 5'10 but only weigh 55kg (121lbs)

Perhaps you could give me some additional advice on this point. I'm thinking that the reason I'm not seeing any gains is because I'm jelqing too hard. However, when I jelq with a light grip (just slightly more than lightly running my grip across the skin) I don't get a visual 'blood bulge'. And, after all, isn't that to goal? When I jelq with a very tight grip, I get a nice big bulge that practically forces my upper hand off.

Any advice here? Also, do you think that something as simple as the wrong pressure while jelqing could be the reason behind my lack of gains?

wrong pressure no gains.

Try a lighter slower grip, try to make the jelq at least 8 seconds. And are you warming up and stretching as well?

Oh yes....warm-up and stretching religiously. I just posted an update to my log for further info. Is there such thing as too light? like I said, unless I jelq hard I don't see a blood bulge.

I guess you can go to lite.
Try putting the OK grip at the base of the penis. And another at the just below the glans. Then slowly move the base grip up to the griip near the glans. You should get an amazing bulge. Then repeat. This is what I call a comeplete jelq. However a lite grip is best for this.

What is going on is your trapping the blood and it collects in the cavernosums and has no where to go, but to create a bulge. Warning heavy grips may cause injury doing this type of jelq.

Start out after a good warm up and stretch. Try to start at an erection level no more than 30%. Believe me by the time your base grip gets up to the glans grip you will be ab out 60-80% erect.
your jelq speed should be between 8 and 20 seconds per jelq. So in a span of twenty minutes you may get in about 60 jelqs. Remember the quality of the jelq is better than the quanity.
