I consider Turtling as a neutral PI because it is OK to have but we would like to prevent it whenever possible. After a very good workout such as one that has pushed your unit to it's limits, there will be some shrinkage. This is normal but you need to be concerned if your not getting morning wood or there is a reduction in erection quality. This will be a sign of overtraining, if it does happen just back everything down a couple of notches for about a week to let your unit catch up. Under a worst case just take off a week or reduce the amount of workouts per week. While you are doing your cool/warm down keep a light stretch or even better an erection for a few minutes, I sometimes use this time to do some Edging, Erect Kegels or Ballooning. Just be careful, you can overtrain easily with any of these exercises. This will help reduce the amount of turtling you get after a workout and help retain what you worked hard for. Good luck, HT. |
