Default My theory on why kegels are bad.

Everybody recommends doing kegels everyday because then you have more control of your PC muscle and an overall healthier dick. However I disagree,
I believe when you strengthen that muscle that it hinders continued growth. According to LOT theory, you want to stretch and hang against you tug.
Well if you do kegels all the time your tug will only become stronger and will cause turtling instead of a loose hang?

I think kegels should still be done on occasion but not hundreds to thousands a day. When you condition the PC muscle to be very strong
it puts more resistance on hanging weights as well.My personal belief is that in order to get gains from stretching/hanging your penis must be as relaxed as possible and
a strong, condition PC muscle makes that harder.

Opinions/thoughts?

your thoughts are very good.I have the same but with kegels you have stronger errctions and with stronger errections is more possible to make gains....

You're assuming that stronger connective tissue has to be less flexible. I think the best workout analogy would be that PE is like a gymnastics workout. You're strengthening these tissues but the volume of stretching ensures that these tissues are also much more flexible than they were.

I do agree that you can overtrain on kegels though- overtraining can be worse than doing no training since it can cause ED or even injury. You don't need to do thousands of kegels to get benefits.

I think that the pc muscle and the penis need to be proportional to each other............Balance. I do sort of agree with your theory though.

It's true that Kegels make your muscle stronger, and if you're not careful can become too tense, but if done correctly they also give you more control, thus the ability to relax the muscle easier when needed. They'll make one more "aware" of the muscle, just as with any other muscle we use in everyday life.
