Default The theory behind multiple ejaculations if your kegels are really powerful

They say: once the pubococcygeus muscle is very strong, men can have multiple orgasms.

Can somebody explain to me what they mean by that? Is it really many orgasms, one after the other, like how women experience it?

OR

Do they mean: after an ejaculation, your penis gets soft. With a strong pubococcygeus muscle, you stay hard after an ejaculation, therefore you can have several orgasms without getting flaccid??

Please explain it to me.

And, does anybody here have multiple orgasms thanks to kegels? I sort of doubt it.

I think I have multiple orgasms due to kegels. I've been doing kegels since I was about 6years old. my sister and I were arguing over who's privates were "better" and she showed that she could stop peeing, so I tried and a have been doing it every since. Except for when I am/was outta shape and/or extremely tired, I can usually go for more than one round.

Sometimes it doesn't go flaccid. Sometimes the refractory period is reduced to only a minute or two. I've experienced both.

Like buffdaddy, I had been doing kegels from a very young age, but for whatever reason, I quit doing them when I was in my teens.

After I had gone from being a shooter to a dribbler, and now that I realize how crucial they are, I'm trying to get my IC, PC, and BC muscles back to their former glory.

This is a little off the topic, but I actually think that I stopped kegeling when I started orgasming regularly. I think frequent ejaculation was exhausting my pelvic floor muscles.

I'm currently without a girlfriend, and I swore off porn and masturbating a week ago, and I can already feel a difference in the strength of my pelvic muscles.

I've heard numerous theories about what constitutes multiple orgasms for men. But the fact that you can have an orgasm and then have another immediately or shortly thereafter is what I believe multiple orgasm is for men.

Relax your entire body, but first turn off the cell phone and the porn. Then start edging, gently massage in soft circular motion the glans. This will force your BC muscle to automatically kegel. This may also force you to have multible orgasms. It does me anyway.

We must understand that orgasms and ejaculation are two different things, a man can orgasm without ejaculation if he is conditioned and trained good enough. Edging is the best way to achieve this as KP just stated, this will ensure you are strengthening the right muscles to restrain your ejaculation and eventually produce an orgasm in return. From what I understand the PC muscle has nothing to do with a unit going soft after ejaculation, this is caused by a chemical released by the brain. I believe that frequent masturbation makes this worse but edging can trick the brain into thinking we are not finished and continue to maintain an erection. If you train a dog to hide a stick when you throw it then that is what he will do, we need to train our brain not to hide our stick anymore, it's easier said than done though. Once you are able to edge none stop up to 20 minutes or so then you will understand.

Edging needs to be done separately from your PE routine to be done correctly but there is nothing wrong with short ballooning or edging sessions after your workout, this will help cement your gains and is an excellent warm down exercise. I do lose some stamina when on a gaining routine but a full blown edging session will put me in a over trained state quickly, if I had to choose what is best I would choose stamina and EQ over added length and girth. Two hours of sex with an average unit is WAY better than five minutes with a big one, I suppose everyone will agree with this, especially the women.

This makes sense to me now, thank you.

However, despite the numerous bits and pieces I read on edging/ballooning, it is still slightly unclear to me.

I've read Kingpole's thread on Edging 101 and I dont quite get it.

It is my understanding that edging is: masturbate, when youre about to cum, stop masturbating and contract the pubcoccygeus muscle. Re-masturbate until youre gonna cum, then stop again.

KP's theory of massaging the head of the penis until ejaculation is pretty unrealistic to me. I cant cum simply by massaging the head. That would take too long to train.

But is my definition of edging correct? masturbate until youre gonna cum, then stop, then repeat?

Please correct me.

How tight is your grip while edging? edge with about the same grip level used for PE. A very feathery light grip
