Default Types of Gains

Do you think that gains made from PE can be quite different? Im thinking particularly of ligament deformation Vs slow tissue growth of the actual shaft?

Are these perhaps two very different forms of enlargment? Might one persons penis become bigger by the ligament being stretched but actually no new cells are really added? Where as one person may literally start "growing" his penis by trying to encourage new cellular growth? Or maybe in all cases of enlargement new growth must take place, even in so called tissue deformation approaches where the goal is to stretch and deform something?

It just fascinates me how growth can take place under some of the more extreme hanging routines, where there is little rest and big weights envolved, if that approach were tried in bodybuilding (eg bicept curls CONSTANTLY) it would likely result in a loss of tissue rather than growth of new tissue...Yet, people have gained with such extreme routnes, and whats more many claim to have new added mass not just a stretched penis which is longer and thinner. So it would seem growth of new tissue has taken place, even though in my opinion the approach may not seem ideal to encourage growth. Maybe different individuals have different tollerances to stress?

Yeah, SFA. You've nailed it. EVERYONE is different.
Still, everyone new to PE should start with a structured routine to condition their
penis. Each newbie routine should be done for a minimum of 90 days and then a determination can be made as to what is working and what is not and changes can be made to suit each individual.

hey!! This has probably been stated before but did anyone think that the deformation of the ligaments and the subsequent repair is due to the increased blood flow to the genital area?
