I get the impression that you may be worried about getting Alzhiemers. Alzhiemers is now believed to be a form of diabetes. The alzhiemers patient i use to take care of had an incredble appetite for sweets and starchy food. Hmm, i wonder if tier isd a connection.

Try thi fomulation but its just a suggestion. It may not work at all.

300mg of coffee
120 mg of ginkgo biloba
500 mg of billberry extract
vitamin B12 1000mcg
Vitamin B6 50 mg

Actually, I'm not at all worried about getting Alzheimer's, but I have loved ones about whom I am concerned. Just wanted to share with Gym members what I am learning as I explore the matter.

Sometimes it is not Alzhiemers, most of the time it is senile dementia which is cured with vitamin B12 and B6.

Low levels of enzymes and betaine can cause mental deteriation.

But if green tea raies DHT and testosterone levels you would think it would be bad for the prostate. So then why is green tea good for the prostate. It is because DHT and Testosterone do not cause prsotate cancer. New research has discoveredd that it may actually be estrogen that causes prostate cancer.

K.P. Can they REALLY distinguish between Alzheimers and senile dementia? Isn't senile dementia a "catch all" for various forms of memory loss?

If it is senile dementia which is a vitamin defieciency then the patient will show vast improvement with B12/B6 therapy. Other types of memeory loss can be treated with phosphytolserine (not sure of spelling and a combination of ginkgo biloba. Dosages of gingko for the memeory have to be at 500mg that is what intergrated doctors use to treat alzhiemers under the care of the intergrated doctor. I would never take more than 240-300 mg of gingko biloba due to its anti clotting effect.

Most of those baldness medications cause ED. When you get ED your junk shrinks. I would rather be bald then have a small dick. Not only that baldness remedies, rogaine and propecia can tank your testosterone levels.
