I have filled out...alot, mostly muscle mass It took effort though, I would not have gained if I had not sorted out my nutrition, training, and recovery! But I still wonder if I have lacked natural levels of DHT and possibly other hormones.

Some more questions after reading the text:

1) So we are taking green tea effectively to BLOCK DHT? It seems to be listed on many sources as a DHT blocker. And it says in the text "polyphenols" (which I beleive are the antioxidants in GT), are used along with nettles, grape seed, tomato lycopene etc to "detoxify" the prostate and hair rooting cells. If GT is a DHT blocker I presume it does NOT cause a raise in DHT? Or does it??
2) Why must we detoxify the prostate and hair rooting cells? Also what is a hair rooting cell and where is it located?
3) So let us assume we have detoxified the prostate and HRC. Would the DHT blocker we took to detoxify not also detoxify the penile DHT recpetors? because I presume when they talk to detoxifying they mean block the receptors? So does this not also happen withing the penis on the DHT receptors there? And if not why not?
4) Assuming we have DHT rich blood and we trap it in the penis for some time by maintaining an erection...how does this CAUSE new DHT receptors to be GROWN?? Is this just an effect of having a greater concentraton of DHT in the bloop present for some time and the receptors not being able to cope with the amount?
5) So let us assume we grow these new receptors, does this mean we have grown new penis also? Has our penile mass increased or can we simply get bigger when erect? I am a little unsure how when it states "Penis size is determined by the DHT receptors in the spngy tissue and capillaries, the acetylcholine/nitric oxide level in the parasympathetic nerves/ending, and the cardiovascular pumping." does this mean that the size acheived during the growth period in puberty, or the actual size each time we get erect now with out fully matured penis's?? This is a little unclear from the text, at least what I have read of it!

The latest findings on Green tea indicat that it indeed raises DHT. but like you aid it may also detoxify it. Zinc seems to do this to. Stinging nettle is also great for blocking testosterone from converting over to estrogen.

good read, very interesting, have a few questions about this tho

how does one go about maximising dht levels in the penis?

is this method useful for beginners? jelq aswell? pumping?

and how long and often do you jack off using the method?

soz for so many q's

It appears that sustaining an erection for at least a half hour before ejacualtion may maximise DHT. You can do this 3-4 times per week.

You detoxify the prostate and hair rooting cells because DHT can be harmfull to them. I don't think it blocks the penis DHT receptors depending on what you take. I take saw palmetto atm and it hasn't had any effect on my penis but has helped reduce hair loss. Dunno how it grows more DHT receptors but I think the body must just accomodate for the extra DHT in the penis by producing more receptors.

Yeh I found it unclear if it would just increase erect size or just normal size anyone shed any light on this?

Kingpole,

What sort of dosages of Bilberry Extract and Ginseng were you taking?

At my local store, I can get Bilberry Extract in either 500mg tablets or a high strength version which is 5000mg per tablet!

My Korean Ginseng comes in 1200mg tablets.
