Another great thread KP! Keep them coming! We should make you the gym's Medicine Man ;-) I love reading all these articles! I think herbs affecting body chemisty could be a key in making gains!

I also read somewhere that shaving helps to stimulate DHT. So trim those pubes!

So then would you say it safe to say that with proper nutrition and the right supplements you could use a pump for 30-60 minutes a day at a very low pressure(just enough to keep a 70-80% erection) to increase growth even further then just a standard routine alone?

I think a pump would not be a great idea for two reasons:

1) Its always a good idea to get out of your pump every 10 mins or so and let in fresh blood.

2) I often found that unless you are really stimulated then staying hard even in a pump is actually hard to do. You just end up sucking in lymph fluid!

So maybe normal edging might actually be easier?! Just my opinions!

Good points. But I noticed if while you pump you slap your penis back and forth on the cylinder you can stay stimulated very easy. If you are naturally hard will you still suck up the lymph fluids? Also I thought you could keep pumped up for 45-60 min(max) and wouldn't suffer any damage. The pump I bought had some instructions that said the sellers wouldn't recommend more then 45 minutes without releasing pressure. I am new to this so thats why I ask.

I'd be worried about discoloration from pumping that long without breaks.

I have heard about discoloration. I know that while I am pale if I don't get sun light but my unit is always tan year round. I can't remember years ago but I know it looks a little dark now. I did about a 2 month session before and I didn't know about any of the side effects. You think maybe this darker unit was from pumping? I don't know what the side effects are even to this day. Could anyone explain a little? Sorry about the thread hijack I just had some questions is all.

Discoloration is from a build up of blood that's not oxygenated properly, I think (don't quote me on this), and can eventually lead to major darkening of the penis if you're not careful. This can pretty much happen with all intense forms of PE, but it's easiest to do with pumping and clamping. I think the general rule of thumb is 10 minutes max, then massage for a bit to get circulation flowing again. I know of some guys who have done 20 minute reps without discoloration though, so I do think this varies from person to person.
