Back to the text! So DHT is reduced from other hormones/chemicals, including T, but DHEA and androstenedione are the best. How do we up out levels of DHEA and androstenedione???? Would taking them directly be similar to using anabolic steriod drugs ? In fact ARE these ingrediants present in some roids? Why would someone who cannot get erect properly be unable to grow their unit? Is it a lack of these hormones and therefore a lack of DHT? Is DHT reduced/produced from other homones in the blood stream or only within organs such as the prostate? |

DHEA is a legal over the counter supplement you can buy a most drug stores. At least it is here in the USA. Tribulus can also increase DHEA. Also Chroium Picolinate improves DHEA.

Do you take Tribulus KP? I have known about it for ages but never tried it. It seems to be quite safe from to many many articles I have read over the years, but most people recommend cycling it 8 weeks on 2 off. | |

No I believe green tea is more benficial for PE than not so. Protecting the prostate and hair rooting cells is a plus. I believe there are a host of great reasons for drinking GT. I also drink 3 cups a day. I am still a little unsure how GT affects the DHT receptors in the penis though?! More research is needed, but I am fairly confident GT is a PE positive. | |

Thanks KP awesome post , and with those foods u mentioned at the start , that would explain why i have had such grate gains because for the last 2months or so i have been cutting down on body fat getting ready for summer and the foods i have been mostly eating (mostly mixed barries ,and chicken)
__________________ cumming to the end of a 2 month brake!!! I have lost a good portion of gains ,at the end of the brake i will be doing : 25mcg -igf every other day along with 6-8 hours of stretches and 30min of 60% erection jelqing and depending how I feel I will add in cialis at 20mg and clamping |

What kind of berries were in there? Any Hawthorn berries and bilberries or blue berries?

If your talking to me , it was mostly blue berries , strawberries , black berries and raspberry
