Im a healthy male of 18. Is my penis still growing by itself naturally?
I know that an average male doesnt stop growing until he is 25.
Is that the same for your penis as well?

It's extremely hard to tell. It could have stopped growing, but like KP said, it could keep growing until your mid-twenties. Regardless, PE will can make your penis grow no matter what.

im 23 and mine grew an inch this year before PE, you grow till your 30. it probably also depends on when you started most of your growth spurts. if you were full grown at 15 then probably not but if your body is still changing then, yes.
