Sure, its part of my routine. I do 3 upto 1 minute holds. I have gained some length.

Theres a stong chance it was that, or the PNF stretching, and 50 high erection level jelqs. Thats all I ever do.

Ahh the famous proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretch, based on Herman Kabat's principles and adapated to pe.
Was it Al who adapted it to pe? This approach is widely used by athletes and dancers.
