Default Stretching

How important is it, in regards to gains?

I personally don't think stretching does much for me, I only find it effective after jelqing to reduce turtling. So basically I see it more as a warming down technique.

If anything JAI stretches are the most effective as they're continuous stretching at a slow and controlled pace; which seems healthy and safer.

Currently most of my routine consists of low level jelqing and JAI stretches which I hope will improve my length. As far as traditional stretching in each direction, for 30 seconds etc, that just doesn't work for me.

I am I making a big mistake in leaving traditional stretching out of my routine? Thoughts...?

The Roc248. Welcome to the PE Gym. Yes. The stretching exercises may not feel like they are doing anything, but they are. If you want to see instant gains, you are fooling yourself. This takes a long time and everything you do in the way of PE counts towards your final goals.
If you want length, you MUST stretch.

It's not about seeing gains; shit, I think I've been pretty patience with the little gains I've seen so far lol. It's more of physically feeling something after stretching. But I'll take your advice and continue to stretch lol.

what he meant is, you may be like so many other guys on here who arent realizing that all they have to do is add those extra few minutes of stretching OR even some mpore intensity to see those length gains. OR, even that some of them have to continue stretching the exact same way they have been except wait it out (like keep going at the same pace, intensity, etc for another month or so) Because sometimes the gains just pop outa nowhere man.
