okay im still a beginner but i wanted to ask someone that knows what they're doing for advice. hypothetically let's say i've been doing a routine for about two months and i wanted to increase my gains. if i woke up at 9:45am, took a hot bath, stretched and then jelqed for 15 minutes and repeated the process but instead replaced a bath with a hot towel again at 10PM would the second time be more effective or would it reduce gains and results due to lack of time to heal and grow or something else or what...? someone plz read and reply.

It shouldn't make any difference, but a long warm-up, whether in the shower or with a towel, is essential. I recommend 15 to 20 minutes.

Chris912 doing the warm ups and warm downs are a crutial part to wanting to gain , so the 15-20 min warm up and warm down is not going to cause you to loose your gain. and do which ever is more comfortable to you either a hot bath or a hot tow, I myself prefeer a hot Shower |

If the sessions are separated by more than a couple of hours or so, you should redo the warm up thoroughly. Other than that, a light warm up should suffice.

I've read 8hrs gives your penis enough time to heal thats why some have am, pm routines. I'm currently working on length and i do stretches in the morning and evening, more advance stuff and girth i take a full days rest. So something like 2 on 1 off.
