I just recently received both books. They have a lot of useful information that I plan on posting once I finish looking through them. As for the website's claims and refence to "take before bedtime" - that's what the books suggested. One book said 2 to 3 grams on an empty stomach before bed.

dang im in the UK i can only get 500mg L-arginine and its expensive. plus i take it in the morning

Don't take anymore than what it says on the back of the bottle. The stigma that "the more i take, the more i get" is wrong your body can only, and will only absorb a certain amount of any kind of nutrient. Anything more than the suggested amount is usually more than you can absorb and you end up peeing out everything else. Its just expensive. Peace

Same, I can only get l-arginine in 500mg tablets over here in the UK from this place - L-Arginine 500mg - Healthy Direct On the back of the bottle it recommends taking "Take two to six tablets a day in between meals. Daily dose can be taken in one serving." 6 tablets at is only 3 grams, so I'd have to take 12 tablets (over the recommended dosage) to get my 6 grams as stated on the this thread. Remak, did you get anyway with your investigations after reading your books? Thanks. |
