Ever since I turned 21, it has been a sh*tshow for me. The past three weeks, I have been really drunk for 9 of those days. I know drinking isn't good for you (I'm living at my college over summer, cut me some slack), and I'm in the process of drastically toning it down, but what are the problems alcohol will present for those that PE? I know a lot of people on here post advice to stop smoking and drinking so much, but what exactly are the known side effects of alcohol in regards to the penis (sources would be great)? Just curious!

Alcohol elevates the Estrogen (female hormone) which lowers the Testosterone levels. I know that T does not equal a bigger dick, but having high T levels could only be a benefit. Alcohol is also a poison which our body needs a lot of energy to clean out of our system...

Excess alcohol is a bad thing indeed! However, I have heard that an occasional glass of red wine can be good for you, especially the heart, as it thins the blood and aids better circulation. I generally have a glass of red wine over the weekend for this very reason....oh and because I enjoy it

What's a good bottle of cheap red wine then ReetB? Keep in mind I'm a college student with little money!

Alcohol is bad for the body, it's really that simple. Not saying it will prevent PE gains, just that it DOES have a negative effect.
