As Ive becomed more and more interested in the subject I would like to "try" and combine every food / drink, that contains DHT elevating substances,into an natural mix.

The substances are the following:
-Green tea (194% increase in DHT when not combining it with soy).
-Swedish mat Olja or So called "Rape Oil". (Contains a lot of bad fat which elevates the DHT and gives you superb Edging experiences)
-Margarine (check *)
-Red meat (Im a veggie,so this one is out interest for me but for others it could be useful) and besides how the heck should we combine it with PE? Rubb dead meat against or penis...I think not

How can we use the following information from above into something useful?

Perhaps heating some Tea,then filling a cup 1/4 with tea.
Then fill it 1/4 with Swedish mat Olja
Then fill it with 1/4 Margarine
Then applying it post warmup (Very important because the penis pores are opened up fully then and absorbs much better)

Andractim Gel For Penis Enlargement
We need to cycle DHT a couple of times,but the gains vary between 1/4 < x < 1/2 Inches each cycle.


Remmember to eat DHT blocking food,but do not let them get near your penis.

Yeah,Andractim is a superb suppliement.

Ive not gotten my salary yet,but I will order it very soon.

There are many guys over at MOS who have gained 1/4 -0.5 Inches (Lenghtwise) from using it.

Side effects: Bigger penis.
There is a big difference between DH-T and Testosterone.
When Bodybuilders inject extra Testosterone it will turn into estrogen at some time (This is the reason some people claim that Steroids have given them smaller balls,low libido etc.). But DHT is pure and does not turn into estrogen,it does not interefere with the bodies natural production of Testosterone and such.

Its the safest way of using chemicals to gain more

I was thinking about this same topic a year ago more or less then I contacted with a guy at thunders that known a lot of this andractim thing. I recollect some information but never give a try because the hormone thing.

It seems in France the sells andractim a very good price, sadly I only know one place to buy andractim (the same listed in the page of the article). Maybe an IA (aromatase inhibitor) will be fine "just in case".

Ive checked for suppliers at Steroid.com´s forum,and there is a rumour about an French Company selling an DHT gel under the name "Benzo" or something similar to that.


Please share more knowledge regarding the IA?

Yeah, Aromatase Inhibitors prevents testosterone converts into Aromatase.

There is a very importand and quite interesting study with exemastane (it´s commercial name is aromasil, my very favourite aromatase inhibitor). I want to recall it´s a "suicidal" AI (sorry, sometimes my english don´t let me express better LOL) that means that aromasil won´t have a "rebound" effect after taking it.

Suppression of estrogen, via estrogen receptor or aromatase blockade, is being investigated in the treatment of different conditions. Exemestane (Aromasin) is a potent and selective irreversible aromatase inhibitor. To characterize its suppression of estrogen and its pharmacokinetic (PK) properties in males, healthy eugonadal subjects (14-26 yr of age) were recruited. In a cross-over study, 12 were randomly assigned to 25 and 50 mg exemestane daily, orally, for 10 d with a 14-d washout period. Blood was withdrawn before and 24 h after the last dose of each treatment period. A PK study was performed (n = 10) using a 25-mg dose. Exemestane suppressed plasma estradiol comparably with either dose [25 mg, 38% (P <or= 0.002); 50 mg, 32% (P <or= 0.008)], with a reciprocal increase in testosterone concentrations (60% and 56%; P <or= 0.003 for both). Plasma lipids and IGF-I concentrations were unaffected by treatment. The PK properties of the 25-mg dose showed the highest exemestane concentrations 1 h after administration, indicating rapid absorption. The terminal half-life was 8.9 h. Maximal estradiol suppression of 62 +/- 14% was observed at 12 h. The drug was well tolerated. In conclusion, exemestane is a potent aromatase inhibitor in men and an alternative to the choice of available inhibitors. Long-term efficacy and safety will need further study.

The downside? It´s quite pricey but I´ve read in some forums that 1/4 of the pill every other day will have a long accumulative effect

Please take care: having low estrogen is not safe either, you should get some blood hormonal test every 2 to 3 months to check everything it´s fine.

I think it could be nice a good study of the long term effcicacy and safety, I think in the future we will see aromatase inhibitors prescribed to men in anti-age clinics.

Many people gets scared about taking AI but they consume tribulus, longjack (tonkat) and so on. Do you think they are different? If they affects to the hormones don´t you think the sides will be the same? (or almost the same)

Chemicals are very understood but many doctors have contributed to that. I wish I could find a Ph. with an open mind.
