I was watching Manswers, I know, it's fun, and a urologist said everyone has 1-3 inches, or more, of hidden penis that can be brought out! Obviously, he only said surgery would work, but we know jelqing does the same. He cited the European Urology Journal and I haven't been able to find it yet but wanted to mention it.

This is true! Take two fingers and push them deep into the base of your penis and you can feel it. If I pulled out what I have back there, my dick would be a foot long and then I could join the freak show.

Isn't that the inner penis? Does jelqing bring that out or does stretching more so?

It's very difficult to bring out the inner penis. What we all try to accomplish is; Stretching the ligaments that hold the inner penis tight inside. This is best done with some form of stretching exercises, eg hanging, manual.
