You shouldve asked this in the beginners forum there are ALOT of ppl there to give you feedback.

Some big gainers ejaculated (or at least say he did) after every PE session.

Others swear not to but still gain.

So idk. Personally i dont see a difference, yet.

I only ejaculate after 1 of my session a week mainly wednesday.

I feel the only reason ejaculation would be bad for your routine is if you are trying to correct a PRE-Ejac problem. Physically in my oppinion it enhances blood flow and exersizes ejaculatory muscles and components therefore it should be good for General PE.
