Early morning in the shower then an intense session in the evening before bed. I find that the evening sessions are better for stretching because it is easier to maintain my unit at less than 60% erection.

"Here is a list of organs and their associated times:

11pm-1am Gallbladder/Pineal

1am-3am Liver

3am-5am Lungs

5am-7am Large Intestine (colon, rectum, appendix)

7am-9am Stomach/Muscles

9am-11am Spleen/Pancreas/Bone

11am-1pm Heart

1pm-3pm Small Intestine/Duodenum

4pm-6pm Nerves

3pm-5pm Bladder

5pm-7pm Kidney

8pm-10pm Blood

7pm-9pm Circulation-Sex/Adrenals/Reproductive glands/Skin/Pituitary

9pm-11pm Thyroid/Triple Warmer/Pericardium/Thymus/Common Bile duct"

Acording to this I think that you may get the best out of your workout by choosing the time when your muscles, heart, blood or circulation(sex,adrenals ..glands) are the most active.

I'm not kindding.

Every organ is in full activity during a period of time in one day.

This comes from the ancient knowledge and it si backed up by modern science(experiments).

You get a lot of this stuff on the internet. I think this had it's start in chinese medicine.

As much as we know(from "facts"- scripts) it seems that the oldest culture that mention this thing is the ancient chinese medicine.
