First of all I just wanted to thank everyone who has posted anything to PEGYM, TP, MOS or any other PE website. It honestly has been the most amazing experience so far and I only began in Feb 2009. Ok, now to the real reason I am posting. So I as I stated above, I started to do PE around Valentines Day this year. I work diligently but never overdid it. I was one who definitely had done his homework by researching as much freaking PE knowledge as possible. Each day I built upon this knowledge and applied it when I worked out. However, my gains were nothing special compared to some of the stories I have read. I gained about 1/4 inch in EL and about the same in EG during the first 5 months. I am quite sure that my workouts were nothing beyond the beginner/newb workouts. So it was about 25/30 minutes spent a day with a few rest days mixed in every 3 to 4 days. However, I felt during this time there were a few days where I ignored the 25/30 minute long workouts and went a little further... I never really thought much about it until I recently was researching and saw a thread by Wadzilla at TP. He talked about a guy who was a huge huge huge gainer. I mean the guy literally grew 2 inches in EL in one year. I noticed that his workouts were incredibly long. Now I am sure most PE guys are like well man your freaking crazy working out that long is bat shit crazy. I know I know, but here comes the THEORY PART. I realized that if you think about it we all have different physiology and different genetics. WHAT if the secret to his gains was the fact that his cock could handle a longer workout?? I also pondered whether it was that he kept the intensity low when JELQING and stretching.. I also believe that particularly related to stretching, I was doing normal stretches with a few JAIs when I would piss. The thread by Wadzilla said that he did rotary stretches, which btw are amazing. Even when I worked out for sake of muscle gain back when I played basketball and football I noticed I had the ability to work out for hours on end, which is something that I believe isn't easy for most. Sooo, I applied this theory to myself the past 4 days and guys I have to say I think I might be onto something. Before I started this crazy long regimine I was at 5 3/4 inches. I started doing solely rotary cranks for about 35 min and 40/45 min JELQ sessions where I get to max erect state and stroke the unit when it starts to get a little soft. I also kegel in between each JELQ. In addition, I make the OK hand grip but I don't grip very hard. I grip just hard enough to notice my head fill up with blood and I also try to feel the blood moving up as well. I do one of these sessions in the morning and one at night. Also periodocially I try to pump blood into the unit everytime I have a chance through the day. I have gained atleast 1/4 an inch maybe a little more in EL and the girth is feeling pretty damn sweet. Even the flaccids are looking and feeling better. Basically I am past the 6 inch mark. I will try to keep this updated if y'all want me to? Guys please let me know what you think. I really think that some people could and can handle these marathon workouts as long as they keep the intensity at a reasonable level? There's many reasons for taking it slow and easy. If you want very fast gains..............stretch it out on a hard surface and hit with a sledge hammer very hard 2-3 times. Voila!! You have a huge dong. Problem is this..........pain,damage to unit, tempoorary size gains that disappear, unit does not function properly and may be damaged for life. Now, slow and easy..........No damage, no pain, gains are permanent, unit functions better, even gets stronger so exersize can be increased moderately and safely. Please be careful and know that good lasting gains take time and dedication. There are no shortcuts.

Do y'all think it has something to do with the Rotary Cranks? Possibly the JELQS being at a full erection and doing them very slowly with very low intensity? It seems that most think that the length of these sessions is not a good idea... but like I said I was not gaining this fast until I started this length of workout so thats why I wondered if that was the reason why as well. I think it all comes down to the individual and whatever are the best conditions for the workouts to take place. Some guys can handle longer workouts than others and some guys (like me) have better days than others, especially when it comes to jelqing. This morning was actually one of those days, where I could just tell before I even got started that the rooster was not too excited about working out. What did I do? I listened to my body and just made it a short workout (about half the usual time) with very mild intensity. Tomorrow it'll be a day off, so Monday morning the rooster will be not only ready and willing, but basically begging to be jelqed. Now question to you: How many days in a row do you do PE before taking a day off?

I used to take a day off every 3 to 4 days just to follow the beginner routine, but I definitely paid attention to indicators (positive, negative, and neutral). The guy from that thread said he worked out 7 days a week. I have maintained that so far and my unit feels fine and I have had some crazy morning wood (and other postive indicators). I am 22 years old, which I realize I didn't mention before as well. I also try to maintain working out at least 4-5 days a week for 30-50 mins varying up cardio with weight lifting. Nothing too hard though. I figured if I notice something is going wrong, I can take a downtime break (a few weeks, maybe month or month and half) to decondition. I guess with the low stress I exert with this longer time workout it seems to me that I wake up everyday and feel pretty much the same if not better than the day before, although since its now only day 4 I guess I have to see if this will continue... I also wondered if anyone had any literature on the length of a workout session? I guess there isn't any in the US considering that doctors here promote surgery over natural workout. In addition to this my dad is a doctor that has many urologist friends, but it seems that none of them are acquainted with PE either... Last edited by lmslayer; 07-18-2009 at 05:28 PM. |

Day 5 feeling good, flaccid is even plumper and a bit longer than the day before... I wonder how many days in a row until this stops working. At the moment I feel like that day is not going to come, because I thought my unit was getting tired yesterday but when I woke up today it was back to normal. Everyone, that hasn't posted their 2 cents on this theory go for it. I want to see if anyone has some perspective on this matter, scientifc or not! |

I've increased the duration of my sessions, but only the length of time I perform stretching. I now stretch for 30 minutes to an hour. I jelq for 10 to 15 minutes.

I read the thread your talking about over at thunders a couple of weeks ago. It was very inspiring! If I remember correctly there was alot of controversy over it as well. I liked the story...I believe the mans friend worked out twice a day for about 60-90 minutes per session. I remember him saying that he would jelq until his penis was almost blood red. Sounds like alot but, if your penis can handle it and reacts positively from it...more power to ya.
