For the past few weeks I have added ball jelqing to my basic routine, and I think it has resulted in better gains then my PE'ing has so far accomplished on my penis itself. While you can obviously measure erect length, flaccid length and girth, how far your balls are hanging is pretty much left up to a visual observation. What I am trying to accomplish is for my scrotum to hang longer/lower and for my testicles to hang lower within it. Your sac's hanging size is just like a flaccid penis in that it changes on its own for various reasons. I am hoping that overall my sac will be longer more often. What I have started doing is 50-75 jelqing strokes in an upward direction, and the same number down. Unlike penis jelqing, you can't really use an ok grip, so I have modified it. After lubricating, I place my middle finger below my scrotum and my thumb around my penis. With my middle finger putting a strong force on the spermatic cord, I slide it up until I hit my nuts. My nuts are pushed to the bottom of my sac, and I believe I am stretching the cord that holds them. Looking at my nuts as I do this is similiar to watching your glans expand as you jelq toward it. My nuts are pushed to the very bottom of my sac and they look like they want to explode out of it (sounds frightening, but there is no pain at all and I am not crushing them while doing this). To keep my balls from expanding out to the side, my jelqing hand keeps that one in place and I use my other hand to keep the opposite nut in line. As a visual/mental aide, I am trying to push my nuts so that they are even with the tip of my glans. I am absolutely positive that I am getting results. Like I said earlier our nut sacks hang lower and higher during the day for various reasons, but already, when they are riding low now they are lower, and when they are riding higher, they are now lower than they were before. Since this is only a visual observation, maybe I am seeing what I want to see. However, I am convinced that my nut sac is hanging lower than it did before I started. What really amazes me is how quickly the results have come. Another reason I am positive I am seeing results is that I workout at home, and since I am in my house I usually lift naked. I try to lift as much weight as I can while lifting, and that puts a lot of strain on my body. One of the things that happens when I lift is that as I get further into my routine my balls turtle because of the stress my body is under. Even after turtling during my workouts now, my balls and sac are hanging lower than before.

![]() | I haven't completed searching the threads to see if this is an active discussion elsewhere, but I think the issue you raise is valid and should go forward. Balls are part of the package so to speak, so as the penis expands, so should the ball sack (and balls themselves if that's possible). I've seen cock-rings stacked on the ball-sack to weigh down the sack, but I haven't heard of jelqing the sack. Hmmmm! I had a difficult time following your technique so let me offer this. If this is an "approved" and tried procedure, why not ask a senior moderator to see if the video model here can do a video on this. I would be interested in following this thread. Cheers,

Just the thought of tugging on my spermatic cord frightens me. A little too hard and you pop that sucker, you're done.

It might not be the spermatic cord, as I am no expert on this to be sure. My jelqing starts with an upward stroke, so my middle finger (which I use instead of an ok grip), begins the stroke in the area between my anus and the bottom of my sac. I am jelqing my nuts in an upward direction (sack on the outside, penis against stomach). As in mentioned in my first post, I visualize my nuts (which are fully stretched to the bottom of the sack) reaching my glans. When I stroke downward (sack close to my body, penis on the outside), I visualize the same thing. Nothing is getting crushed as I don't squeeze my finger over my nuts, but I do press my finger fairly hard as I jelq it up to them. My thumb is on the topside of my penis, but I don't put much pressure on it.

I don't see potential damage here if you avoid extreme pressures. As you state, the balls are not touched, only the sack. You mention that your ball sack lines up with the glans. That's a good sack size I would think. But who doesn't want some more. Balls that hang below the penis, with a good pair of huevos, seems like a good place to be. Kinda fits into what we're trying to achieve with PE. We need some guidance on this.

I think this might be very dangerous. Besides the point that you might pull something. Your testicles hang a certain distance from your body to maintain a certain body temperature. If it's too high the sperm cells, and I believe other cells in the testicles die. If your scrotum hangs too low, this might mess with you body's natural temperature regulation, and thus the production of sperm or even the health of your testicles.

I've had to do something similiar while trying to stretch my penol/scrotal junction downward as I have a turkey neck and I've noticed a lower hang also. There are other comments on this around the net and I believe it works.

![]() | Guitarlord your point of caution is well taken. Tearing those connection cords between the testicles and up inside would not be a good thing. That said however, the technique used by rbi99 of jelqing the ball sack and the dick at the same time might spread the pressures out enough to at least lessen the chance of damage. But this combo arrangement surely also disperses the pressure away from the primary target, the penis. Bottom line, I want a good pair of huevos and sack to go along with the whopper, but be careful.

![]() | Another thought on this subject. The combo ball sack and penis stretch rbi99 describes seems to be the Internal Stretch under the Length Exercises. Go the "Guides" in the very top menu bar. Left side lists the various exercises. Choose Length Exercises > Internal Stretch and watch the video. Cheers
