Default I Think I Get It... Confirmation?

So I think I am beginning to understand this concept. I'd like see if an expert can concur.

If it has been a few days since a workout, yet it still looks (and feels) as though my member is not ready for another, based on whatever reason... is it always safer to wait another day? Rather than PE?

I believe what happened is I never fully recovered and jumped into another workout a few weeks ago... snowball effect from there. Are PI's the ultimate indicator, even if it seems like i've waited long enough? A little feedback would be great.

Thanks

This (pe) is still more an art than a science. But PI's are part of the science, the ultimate pi of course is erect size. It is safer to do too little rather than too much.

Yes it is better to be safe that sorry when negative PI'S are in play. Quick question, do you have the PE book from this sight? It has many details that will help you make the best decisions in cases like this. Read it three times and still getting useful information from it.

Have a great day.

Hey Eom,

Yes I do actually have the book. I've read up to the advanced section, as of course I'm not ready for the advanced workouts (although I can't WAIT to hang weights from my junk). Would you suggest I just read the whole thing now?

Thanks, and I think I will listen to my penis.

Mike

Focus on the beginers routines offered in the book first.
