I am seriously considering beginning a regular exercise routine to lose weight to go along with my PE workouts. My question is if I drop 70 or more pounds will I lose any penis girth? I am still below average in length but my girth is almost at 5 1/2 inches. I would like to continue to build on that girth not lose any of it. A 70 lbs or more weight loss will put me at or near 150 lbs at 5'3 tall.

Here is my experience: I am not far from a 30 pound weight loss, (I want to lose my fat pad), and my dick is longer and thicker than ever. I think by losing weight, you will get a better blood flow to your penis, (as well as an overall improvement in circulation). Let's face it. You will have less body mass to supply blood to, so that your dick will get more, which is what it needs to get bigger. This is my experience. I hope it is yours. What a GREAT motivation to lose weight and to get in better shape than getting a bigger dick in the process!! Whoohooo! P.S. This might also explain why those skinny shits with the huge dicks in porn might very well be getting them from better blood flow--in addition to the "smoke and mirrors" of the porn world.

30 minutes of brisk walking 3-4 days per week = reduced fat pad in time.

I do an hour of brisk swimming 3 to 5 times a week. Both walking and swimming are great for weight reduction with little stress on your joints, etc.

Lose the weight, you won't lose girth. As your body burns the fat, inlcuding what little fat is in the penis it converts it to energy and muscle/tissue regeneration. Any fat converted in the penis would stay in the penis and show as growth. going411x7 is right about the blood flow too. More blood flow will only increase your growing as well as your EQ which is an instant size increase of its own.
