Kingpole, Did yoga for years in the 70's. Still do some. Wonderful stuff. Keeps you flexible and strong. What you say is of use for all PE'ers. Being UN stressed helps with what we want from this site. Calm, deliberate intent. All good!!! |

I see in addition to the Yoga, it recomends walking for 1.75 hours every second day and some other exercises.

All of the poses shown I can do on the Wii Fit game. I'll give some of them a try this weekend.

Kingpole, Have you done the yoga Testicle exercises? It's done by gripping the scrotum with an OK grip.Pulling the T's down to the bottom ,pulling all the skin back to the shaft,so they are isolated in their sac. Then squeezing them together and/or individually,once for every year of life. I got them from a book by yogi swami sachadinonda(spelling)? Supposed to keep you youthful and healthy.My experience is, feels great and I get a lot of juice when I do them. Since I'm 59, I squeeze a lot!! Hold the squeeze for about 2 seconds each.
