Default The importance of rest periods

I've just come back from a week of no PE whatsoever and now I'm hitting the 6" mark very comfortably. Before I went on break I was always forcing my measurements. Overall my penis just seems refreshed and healthier.

I advise all beginners to consider taking rest periods here and there. I know it's difficult because you want to reach your goals as soon as possible, but be disciplined with your routine and it will reward you. Resting is vital.

Rest days are key to any routine. Very few people benefit from daily PE. For some people, taking multiple and consecutive rest days periodically or routinely could be the key component to making incredible gains. If you're a newbie struggling to make gains, more rest days might be the answer. Great post Roc.
