Here is a quote from "Chinese Herbal Medicine Modern Aplications Of Traditional Formulas" by Chongyun Liu & Angela Tseng with Sue Yang: " Cold stagnation in the Liver often manifests as cold extremities, abdominal pain, green or purple nails, or flaccid constriction of the penis, spasm of gastrocnemius muscle, and wiry or thin deep pulse. This is a direct attack of cold wich is acute. To treat these conditions, WU ZHU YU, CHUAN JIAO, GUI ZHI, FU ZI, XI XIN are combined with WU YAO and XIANG FU to smooth the liver, then REN SHEN and DANG GUI are added to warm and scatter the cold evil pathogens. I decided that this hard flaccid that I have sometimes(also valid before I started PE) is due to some kind of disfunction. I also have cold extremities. So reading some of this book I found this fomula for what they say is an excess of Yin in my liver. So far I am experimenting with some of the herbs I found. Cinnamon, Fresh Ginger, Sweet Root. It is not a fancy tea that you can drink in a tea/cafe bar. Sweet root for exemple is not recommended over a long period of time to be administred. Geting back on my experience so far is great for heating up the body, inclusive the penis. I can say that it seems to give me a bigger flacid(lenght and girth). I will keep you updated with my experience. For the future days I hope to find Angelica herb in some shop around my town. Although this is a plant that grows in my country is not easy to be found in tea shops in the last few years. I think that the reasson is her toxicity. Any of you who thinks to try this formula I recommend to do at least a research on this herbs.

I have a first update after 6 days since my first tea (ginger, cinnamon, sweet root) For the last 2 days I added Angelica(bitter taste). About the heat effect on the body I can say it works. Most importantly is the soft flaccid that I have for some days. From time to time I still experience some hard flaccid, but is much less than before. Esspecialy in the morning the penis is hanging bigger than usually. This observation is not definitive. This is an intermediate observation. I will keep you updated with my experience. Another change is that I have a growth in the appetite for food. I am a little skiny so It is good for me. From eating 3 times a day I am now on 4 times a day. I am not into sports anymore.

I have to say that the experiment has stoped due to a lack of knowledge on how to diagnositic 100% according to Ayurveda. So this treatment worked to some point. Why I stoped? 1. I have light hipertension. Sweet wood is not recomended to people having hipertension and I experinced some hipertension after drinking these. 2. Headaches after administrating the tea lately. This seems to be an effect of Angelica. Angelica is known for relieaving pain in doses smaller than 6g. I used it 4 times. Last 2 times it gived me headaches, aldo my dosage was 5g first time, 4g second time and around 3g last 2 times. It seems that I needed Lower doses. 3. Most importantly I stoped because I didn't have a good diagnostic upon my health state. Continuing it may do more damage than good. I think the alternative medicine(on this case herbal medicine) DO WORK. The condition is to know what you have to do. I read a book.>This dose not make me a specialist. By the way the book did not emphasized upon diagnosticating in the absolute way such ayurveda's diagnosis. Regarding the hard flacid it seemd that it worked as long as I administred tha tea. Know I just try to have my body as warm as possible. The fall is coming..

Mate, might I suggest that you consult a qualified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). You should exercise great caution with trying to self diagnose, as many of these herbal combinations are powerful, synergistic and very very specific. For example "Cold in liver" is not definately "Liver Yin excess", you might have a cold liver and in fact be deficient in Yin energy, but be even more deficient in Liver Yang (although unlikely in the western world as our treats such as meat, alcohol, tobacco, and rich foods tend to heat the liver". So you can see here that if you try to treat a liver Yin deficiency you may be doing yourself more harm than good. A professional will have all the diagnostic tools (pulse, examination (tongue, face) questioning), and will be able to make an accurate assessment and offer the appropriate course of treatment. Hope this helps!!
